2.AISI (SUS) 440 stainless steel (Chinese code: 9Cr18) is adopted for regular stainless steel bearing ring and ball, AISI304 stainless steel (Chinese code: 0Cr19Ni9) is adopted for cage, shield and seal skeleton. Hence, stainless steel bearing can be put into high-strength and high-precision mass production.   

Compared with ordinary bearings, stainless steel bearings have stronger anti-rust property and anti-corrosion property, and by adopting proper lubricating agent, dust cover, etc., it is able to serve under -60℃~+300℃. Stainless steel deep groove ball bearing is able to resist humidity and corrosion caused by other media. Same as standard deep groove ball bearing, such one-line deep groove ball bearing has very deep ball track groove, and the ball track and the ball require a sky-high degree of adaptability.The process is same as general bearings and due to high mechanical strength and large loading capacity, stainless steel bearing is widely used in the fields of food processing, medical machinery, chemical machineries, etc.

3.Simultaneously, it may also manufacture the stainless steel bearing of AISI304 and AISI316 materials as required by clients.
